Your personal data is processed by Turex Air ('Company'), operating under Turex Tourism, in the capacity of data controller.

(ii) Our website is published through a content delivery network (CDN) and hosting service that also operates servers abroad, in order to ensure speed and security of access; in this context your IP address and request logs are processed for technical purposes. (iii) The embedded map on our Contact page is loaded only upon your explicit consent; once loaded, your IP address and the address of the page you are viewing are transmitted to a map service provider located abroad. Unless you give consent, the map is not loaded and this transfer does not take place. These transfers are carried out under Article 9 of Law No. 6698, on the grounds that they are necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract and/or on the basis of your explicit consent. Our service providers may change over time; you may contact us through the channels below for information on the current providers.

Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and, thereafter, for the limitation and retention periods prescribed by the applicable legislation.
